Observation details
Super late. Didn't look like it was in the best condition, but still fairly active while foraging and quite skittish. Presumably the same one that was last seen Nov 25th. Small sandpiper with sparse dark spots on white underside, brown on top, white stripe down the center of wings in flight, distinctive tail bobbing action while foraging and fluttery flight.
