Observation details
Just two fleeting glimpses. First appeared at close range perched in a tree near the south end of the cedars lining the side of the landfill along Shore rd. The bird was backlit and I was scrambling to get my camera out. I moved to an angle where it was less backlit and I could clearly see that it was a small Myiarchus with very pale if not whitish undersides, gray back and a dainty bill. Before I could get a photo, it flew to a tree across the road and perched with its back to me where I was finally able to get some shots. I took my eye off it for a second on order to safely cross the road for better looks and it was gone from the tree. I was unfortunately unable to refind it.
