Continuing! First found Dec 9 by Tony Leukering. Finally, after a day and a half of searching, seen at 16:25 from the campground just inside the guardhouse while looking back towards the dam (viewed from 36.5497008, -99.5744056, bird was roughly at 36.5497153, -99.5680612). Roughly Ring-billed in size, with a dark iris and very distinctive tiny, solid olive-yellow bill. Held neck more extended than the RBGU around it, giving it a very slender appearance. Pics!
