Observation details
Frank spotted and identified it at 29.57817, -82.266121 as we were walking out. After we'd taken photographs and obtained sound recordings it flew off to the west. We relocated it - unless we found a second one - where the trail meets the Stanley Line at 29.572121, -82.279507. Slender Myiarchus about the size of a catbird with olive-brown crown and upperparts, gray face, hind collar, and breast, and a pale yellow belly (Frank initially said he couldn't see any yellow). Whitish wing bars and tertial edgings, rufous color in primaries. Slender black bill with pale base. Try as I might, I could never get a good look at the underside of the tail. Identification was based mainly on the paleness of the yellow belly, the narrowness of the bill, and the frequent "pit" vocalizations. [FG:] Managed to salvage one poor / faint documentary recording of the "pit" call (for the record).
