Media notes

I heard the call several times but could not locate the bird, then saw the immature eagle fly close by over the reservoir. Could not get a longer recording due to airplanes taking off.

Observation details

Not identified yet. Called repeatedly but sporadically. No visual and it stopped when immature Bald Eagle flew by. Merlin and ebird reviewer could not identify it.
