Observation details
1st bird: dark morph juvenile. While it has spikes on the tips of the tail feathers, both sides of the tip are white, and the outer primaries do not have banding to the tip. Those two features point away from Harlan's. 2nd bird: light morph adult. Even though heavily marked, the breast, vent, legs, under-tail coverts, and wing linings are all still white with dark markings, which make it a light morph.
