Observation details
Very unexpected! A long overdue full lifer for me. While we were standing looking over the national park area in the south-west corner of the sewage ponds we heard these two calling, turned round and saw two Yellow-throated Sandgrouse coming into land on the dry southernmost pool. Having come in from the south-east, they stayed for only a few minutes before flying off again to the west.
