Observation details
Seen among mixed species group feeding in the trees on the west side of the 40-Acre Lake parking lot. Stayed in the canopy the entire time I was viewing it, which accounts for the less-than-desirable photos. What can be seen in the photos are the dark spot/line on the bird's neck, the dark, chunky streaking on the flanks, the white undertail coverts that don't extend as far into the belly as Pine Warbler, no evidence of a thin, dark 'V' at the base of the undertail coverts (like Pine Warbler), and the broken, white eye arcs.
