Observation details
Picked out via scope by Debbie on the west side of the upper arm, as viewed from the delta. It looked good for pure Eurasian at a great distance, but to make sure, we repositioned the cars south a half a mile or so and got better views to confirm it was not a hybrid. Creamy forehead, cinnamon rufus head, gray back and flanks with narrow white stripe on the floating bird (i.e. an adult male). The breast was a soft salmon.
