In order maintain this good relationship with the landowner it is imperative that birders be mindful of their actions while on the property and park completely off the road on either side of the road just before/after the the tree line. Do not block the road as several tenants live on this property and White Diamond Lane is their driveway. Please stay on the path if you bird at the main pond on the property. Stay away from the houses and other buildings on the farm, there is no need to approach these areas to look for the flycatcher. Hunting may rarely occur on this property on Saturdays at the main pond in the morning. If you see any sign of hunting, do not approach the pond! Hunting operations should not interfere with the area the Western Flycatcher has been frequenting. Contact me at barobe09@gmail.com with any questions.
