Approx counting. Rather guesswork ! Only a genius can get the exact count. Like insects in a mangrove ! St Xavier's Church Camps, Jalokie of 640 Acers. Rubber plantation is the roosting place for the falcons. Arrival : 4:35pm - Saw 2 Individuals Arrival : 4:41pm - Saw approx 500 Individuals Arrival : 4:45pm - Saw approx 5000 Individuals Arrival : 4:50pm - Saw approx 10000 Individuals Roosting : 4:55pm They circle in the air at approx 150m to 300m above the ground. Total Circulation area about 500m to 800m in diameter. They circle about 10 times before settling down for roosting. We witnessed this from 500m distance from the St Xavier's school building.
