Observation details
Adult male type plumage but appears may be 2nd fall male due to olive tones in secondaries and also some dorsally. Fall males tend to show a wisp of white supercillium but this appears more generous than most I've seen but also less than a typical first Spring male. Over the last several falls birding this site all birds of this species I've encountered have been immatures or adult females. This is similar to the mix I've seen over 10 plus years in the fall at Kennesaw Mountain a little more than one hours drive to the south of this location. At Kennesaw fall adult males are about 10% or less of the birds seen of this species.
