Observation details
I think it is some kind of parakeet which escaped. Heard throaty call repeated often calling from mesquite tree in parking lot. I tracked it down and it flew to the wires and called more. Overall white plumage and just a little navy blue on the tips of primaries and midway down the long pointy tail. White on the tip of the tail. Maybe 9" in size. I got a closer look on a later date and it is a Cockatiel. It lacks the yellow crown feathers like most birds have. It no doubt is an escapee.
