Observation details
Found one at the Tailwaters Access. As you walk down to the river go left until you come to a campfire with logs for seating around part of it. It isn't very far. Start looking to your left as you are heading south down the river. It was trying to hide in the trees to the left. The bird definitely did not want my company.
