Observation details
**Rare. Hanging with some sosp and savs in patch of taller weeds and foxtails surrounded by bluestem here: 38.3785566, -75.8099244. Pretty cooperative at first and popped right up to pishing but got more skiddish after initially showing itself. Bright orange ammospiza with prominent streaks on sides and chest and fairly long spiky tail. Chipping and giving flight calls sporadically. Photos and audio. Nutters neck dream bird!
