Observation details

Bird viewed soaring at a distance. Have 10 poor pictures. Pictures show long, pointed wings, with light underwing coverts, dark flight feathers, four "fingers" that flare up, with first being much shorter. Head and chest appear to be darker, with possible light chin. Thought it was late for Swainson's, but GGRO also posted one flying over Hawk Hill at about this time.
