Observation details

Continuing. Seen at 3:30pm on top of Dokyo restaurant. Bird flew back behind Dokyo to the gray dumpster, where it disappeared for a while. At shortly after 4pm we rediscovered it at the blue dumpster, where it fed on maggots under the dumpster. When we left shortly after 5pm it was going between the dumpster and the nearby palms.
