Observation details
Was doing a bay watch from East Beach. Saw these two (relatively), high fliers heading South to the right (East), of Baltimore Light. I watched them in my scope as they headed SE, a fair bit out in the Bay. I watched them in my scope until the got near the Sandy Point light. I attempted to obtain some documentation shots as they flew over it. I’ll post what I got, but they don’t clearly show the black neck lines that I observed in the scope. Clean under wing, M pattern on the back. Unique flight - not foraging like all the RBGU, LAGU, HEGU, and GBBG in the bay, that I had been studying for 30-45 minutes during my stay. Lighting was superb. The only aspect that really had me confused was that there were two together.
