Observation details
Dabbling ‘Anas' duck. Observed at south storm pond. Bright, basic plumaged male. Appearance intermediate of parent species. Mallard-like body; longish, curled tail feathers; iridescent green/brown head; blue-gray bill. Photographed. Possibly a returning individual first reported in May 2020.
