Observation details
Continuing bird found two days ago by Jim Sullivan. Seen with Gary Langel, Denise Sobieski, Gary and Lisa Bowman. Immature bird with whitish underwing and dark comma mark near leading base of primaries and lacks the dark bar on leading edge of wing that Red-tailed Hawk has. It had a whitish rump, white throat, streaks on sides of throat, and whitish streak above eye on head. It soared with wings in a dihedral. Tail was slightly barred.
