Observation details
I know it may be difficult to differentiate without a call or vocalization, but this individual was quiet as the other EWPE were vocal. With this bird we noticed the difference in wing bars, where the top wing bar was not as obvious\contrasts it was much more dull compared to the lower wing bar that was bolder. The next field mark was the bill. This bird the peach color was limited to the based of the lower mandible, at angles the bill seemed all black, only when you faced the bird, you can see the peach color. The bird was also darker over all. We were fortunate that there were EWPE near by to compare. The breast band too was darker grey. It's hard to ignore these field marks which point to WWPE.
