Observation details
quite the spectacular bird. we were at the feeding station by 8, and found Rodrigo there waiting. almost as soon as Rodrigo started calling for 'him', 'Pancho' appeared right by the feeding station. 'Panchito' retreated momentarily, but soon returned and put on a nice show. after several minutes, however, 'Pancho' disappeared again, without having eaten all of the worms, and did not return during the rest of the time that we were there (almost half an hour). all photos were taken with my smartphone.
