Observation details

Continuing nonbreeding individual. Smaller Loon, initially seen flying down river towards dam. White neck, face and underside very apparent. Much smaller appearing when on water next to Common Loons, but similar in size to near-by Western & Red-necked Grebes. Slight overall, short necked, gray-capped, white-faced, gray-naped, dark-backed & white-sided. Found by Aaron S. a few days earlier.
