Observation details
Apparent dark juvenile, first seen harassing RBGUs, nearly drowning/tackling in the water. Close to RBGU size though ever so slightly smaller. Pointed wings. White flashes underneath. Some white above though less noticeable. POJA/PAJA though leaning Pom due to aggressive focused flight similar to a Merlin, bulky impression, broad wings, and timing. Hoping photos reveal conclusive ID.
