Observation details

A single bird seen foraging among dense deciduous forest on lower tree canopy. Identified by the large white circled eye, long pale bill, brown upper parts with rufescent fringing on feathers, pale legs, unmarked undertail. Photo available. Likely to be first record of the species from Punjab and Northern India.
