Observation details
Encountered a number a long our route. We had seen a number earlier in the day so we were not stopping for most of these. Black and white murrelets with a straight black border below the eyes, long thin bills, and long tails often held cocked up while swimming. Dusky underwings and breast spurs noted when flushed.
