Observation details
Found by Peter Scott, who called us and then we joined him. Small Sandpipers with brown scaly backs, long straight dark bills, dark legs, and finely streaked upper breasts. Foraged in the mud flats. Posture reminds one of doves. A Least Sandpiper appeared next to the Bairds to give us a size reference.
