Observation details

Western end of Scarboro Pond, loosely associating with BWTE, female or imm male, bill looked narrower toward tip than BWTE, light area behind bill less distinct, did not see distinct eye ring, occasional flash of iridescent green speculum (small splotch in poor photos)
