Observation details

Small group heard but not seen in dense undergrowth on northern side of refuge. Vocalizations were coming from two different areas with varied locations, Probably small group of 4 to 6 individuals. We have not seen nor heard California Quail for more than a year at the refuge. American Robin calls are in the foreground with California Quail heard in background in this recording.
