Observation details
Larger than a MALL, smaller than a CANG, thick white band around neck, white spot on rump, straight-edged fan tail, and white underwing tips. Longer neck than MALL, slightly flatter head, pronounced dark nail and another isolated black spot on the top of the beak. Orange beak, orange legs. Tended to be with the CANGs more than the MALL and appeared aggressive towards the few MALL that got close enough to warrant a reaction. Never saw it fly. Many photos to show multiple physical characteristics described.
