Observation details
Seen from the blufftop at its closest point to the rock where the Peregrines are often perched. The bird was almost directly below me. It spent quite a lot of time feeding on seed beneath the sparse vegetation on a small horizontal area about halfway down from the blufftop to the rocks/beach/sea below. It disappeared a few times and usually reappeared at the same spot, although on one occasion it landed on the blufftop literally 3 feet from me, examined me for several seconds, then moved on. I'm too tired right now to write a proper description so I'll just be lazy and attach a photo.
