Observation details

found by Josh C, annual here in the big bluestem. As is usual with these skulking birds quiet patience was rewarded with extended closeup views of the bird as it approached Anna and me to within about 6 feet. It wasn’t very vocal but did the chip and the grating call on a couple of occasions.
