Observation details
At least 5 in open area of sagebrush and rabbitbrush. Two perched on branches (1 male, 1 female), one on the ground and others about 20 yards away flying between bushes. Males were clearly a sky blue color with white towards the lower belly. Female gray with tinges of blue.
