Observation details
At least 2 adults on West Lake with Lesser Black-backed Gulls and a few Herring Gulls. Immediately noticeable intermediate grey wing colour, perfectly between the colours of Herring and Lesser Black-backed Gulls. Slightly dark grey but with a hint of pale to it. Large size noted, along with probable red eye-ring seen from a relatively far distance. Very minuscule tint of cloud-blue observed in the grey of the wing.
