Observation details
I knew of Carlos' Thayer's a few days before. When I saw it, I had serious doubts about this bird. Could not see a link with Iceland Gull really, but it stood out anyway. I have not registered the bird flying or stretching its wings unfortunately. Clearly defined light brown head and neck, darkish iis, white tail, overall slightly lighter grey than surrounding Vega. Not round headed like I expect from an Iceland Gull. Large white primary tips. Pale Greengrey billbase. P10 large white band, no black.
