Observation details
Made repeated "pip" calls (as previously documented by Jared Fisher) off and on between 6:55 and 7:15, coming from dense veg along east side of main dike. Saw the head of one skulking thru veg briefly, but photos snapped right afterwards didn't come out. Audio attached. Briefly heard from two different spots simultaneously. Also had earlier seen two birds that I suspect were the Soras fly into a nearby veg area in pre-dawn semi-darkness (about 6:15).
