Media notes
Likely one of the same individuals as recorded at 05h47m16s, a Brown Creeper sings as it works high in a p[ine along the main road across the level mesa. Rather messy background includes: American Robin, House Wren, Black-headed Grosbeak, Dusky-capped Flycatcher, Bullock’s Oriole, Greater Pewee, Grace’s Warbler. I suppressed 0-700Hz to reduce interference from nearby transmission lines. Recorded using a Fostex FR-2LE with a Sennheiser ME62 & Telinga Universal 22" parabola.
Observation details
At least 2 were singing regularly and calling frequently; in pines on mesa flats
