Observation details
First seen by Sarah Foote yesterday and re-found by Andrew Bates on the east beach just after I arrived. Rufous/orange scapulars with minimal colour in the coverts. Long, slightly downturned bill. Bird was mostly resting among the rocks but had to move periodically as the tide came in. Multiple observers. Photos.
