Observation details
David Cimprich first found it at 10 AM and we saw it off-and-on until 11:15. It moved around and seemed to prefer larger Strangler Fig trees. Large, very streaky flycatcher with broad-based bill, yellowish underparts and rufous in tail and wings. Black "chin strap" easy to see at one sighting. Bird was caught in mist net around 12:20 and was banded at CFBS. Photo is after it was banded.
