Observation details
Bird in fresh juvenile plumage. Dark brown crown. Broad white supecilium. Dark loral patch and lighter brown postocular mark. Black thick-based bill gently decurved toward the tip. White underparts with a hint of peach tones along sides of upper chest. Two rows of buffy edged scapulars and dark centered wing coverts with white edges contributing to an overall scaly appearance. Quite noticeable primary projjection beyond orange-edged tertials. Good size comparison to nearby Lesser Yellowlegs.
