Observation details
Foraging from dead ash limb frequently for at least two hours. Relatively colourful Empidonax Flycatcher with gray face contrasting with olive breast and back; brighter yellow toward the flanks and belly. Appeared to have molted recently. Head peaked at the rear crown. Conspicuous eyering thickest behind the eye. Small bill with mostly dark lower mandible. Fairly long primary projection. It posed very cooperatively for photos.
