Observation details

Found earlier by Shannon Hingston and continues in the wet & muddy soybean field. Smaller than nearby LEYE and WIPH. Clean white breast and belly, short needle-like bill, dark patch around the eye. Swimming around for majority of the time, quick and rapid feeding style. Photos and video taken.
