Observation details

Exact count, with a group of four, a pair, and then three singles all widely spaced and all headed northbound past the Kuralt Trail Overlook. All showing buffy rump, squared tail, dainty build especially in comparison to the many Purple Martins in variable molt states that also passed by. Personal high count in Virginia Beach. Photographed.
