Observation details
Lifer!!! was walking near some bushes where the prinias appeared when suddenly heard a loud chatter that sounded very close to me, immediately looked towards the bush where the sound came from and saw a small, pinkish bird that I immediately recognized as a parrotbill! since I bird mostly in southern guangdong where the species is uncommon I was quite excited to find it here, took some photos and continued to record some audio. Small as it is, it isn't as active or jumpy as other small warblers or prinias and stayed quite still for me to take some photos, I also got quite close and it was confiding and didn't fly away! Later when reviewing the audio I realized that there is another parrotbill singing in the distance, and it seems like they are singing to one another, the bird stayed in the reeds for less than a minute before flying into another parts of the reeds where I couldn't locate
