Observation details

Very much a surprise to see since I thought this to be a very rare species here, A pair found with the rock thrush in thin undergrowth under the forest canopy, The male seen clearly, Still in beautiful breeding plumige but paler looking in the dark forest, Making an alarm call to my pishing That greatly resembles the call of the yellow-throated bunting.
