Observation details
Definitely not what I was expecting to see when I looked outside and definitely my best yard bird to date. Young bird lacking black throat, but showing dark streaking across the breast; white supercilium and malar stripe; plain grayish-brown upperparts; white underparts. Spent quite a bit of time bopping around on the patio munching spiders, then not seen again for rest of evening. Photos. ***Hotspot location intentionally obscured/not chaseable***
