Showing flank chevrons, long primary projection and colour on base of mandible.
Observation details
Seen by two birders with scope for twenty minutes from 10-15m. Larger than semis with black legs and long primary projection, extending past tail. Lack of buffy coloration and overall shape rules out Baird's. Streaking down entire flank. Longer black bill with some colour at base of mandible. Rump appeared white during preening.
