NOTES: Neotropical Institute Cut # 7. Bulk reel: 73 Weather: Moon, hazy clear. *Not seen. Identification by voice. In beginning two birds are heard (bawl calls), rather poorly as far away. Then another flies in calling "roooo" and apparently it too starts then to give "bawl calls" after it perches. Quality: 2-3. Level: +10. Then focus on this new bird that is fairly near, giving "bawl calls." Quality: 1-2. Level: +5. (Nyctidromus albicollis prominently heard. Also heard are Lophostrix cristata and Otus guatemalae and near end can be heard a "bother call" of the latter.).
