Observation details
One reported/photographed by K. Simmons in the brushy area between the SEARHC campus and Mt. Edgecumbe classroom building and gym. K. Johnson saw two this evening. After watching for awhile, I saw three birds chasing each other and was able to confirm each were Gray Catbirds. Two seemed to be doing most of the chasing, including moving further along the brushy slope, while the other seemed to stay more in the same area. At least two of the birds were singing at various times, and I heard all three call. I did notice some food being carried, but not consistently, so perhaps they were just flying to a different perch to eat.
