Observation details
Continuing. First reported by Steve Lewis. I first saw and heard the bird near the beaver pond past the flooded part of the trail. It was singing peeaweeee frequently and for about 45 minutes at about 7:30 a.m. and intermittently later in the moring and early afternoon. It moved around, and covered a large area. A recording is attached. I didn't get very good photos, but others did. It looked much like Western Wood-Pewee, except perhaps broader wingbars and more of an eyering, although still very weak.
